“She was my heart, and she was the most beautiful woman I’ve ever layed my eyes on, and you look just like her.”
She blushed at the complement.
“I had a twin sister, but you couldn’t have known her. Trust me, she would’ve told me if she was dating a fine attorney, but she was engaged before she disappeared anyway.”
Dorel realized this was Trina’s twin sister. He couldn’t believe fate had led him to her.
“What do you mean you had a twin? What happened to her?” He asked still playing along.
“About a year and a half ago, she disappeared.” Tara paused, and couldn’t speak because tears began welling up in her eyes.
“I apologize for asking you about something so painful. I had no idea.”
Dorel gently wiped the tears from her cheeks, the way he used to do Trina’s. He became momentarily confused. The next thing he knew, he was looking at how beautiful Trina looked with her hair down. He felt like kissing her, but knew he had to exercise self control.
“It’s okay… What’s your name?”
“It’s Pipin,” he answered reluctantly, but felt no need to keep up the game that was no longer humorous.
“What? You mean you’re Pipin my client? You were sitting here playing me all this time pretending like you were some attorney, and all along it was you, my client…?”
She was pissed. Dorel felt foolish to piss his PO off on the first visit. The last thing he wanted was to create an enemy especially with Trina’s sister.
“Let me tell you something this is the last game you will ever play with me. I may look soft but I’m the toughest bitch in here and I can make your life a living hell if I really want to. Mr. Pipin you’re already getting off to a bad start.”
“Allow me to apologize. I didn’t mean to take it this far, but when you mistook me for an attorney, I was going to play it out for a minute and have a laugh with you. I’m sorry I didn’t mean to get you upset.”
She fell for the words but refused to let him know it. She gave Dorel the bitch treatment for the whole intake appointment, and then reminded him that she would be watching him, so he better not fuck up. No client had ever gotten past her defenses and on top of that touched her.
Dorel didn’t know how, but some way he had to get on her good side and find out more about what happened to Trina, more importantly how to get at Sweany. He couldn’t help but think of how different Trina and Tara were. Even though they were completely identical twins Trina was sweet, and kind Tara was a real bitch.
She hated him because deep down she wanted him, and that bothered her more than anything. Her wanting a client was unreal. His sexy ass had to stroll in her office and played her emotions like a violin.
Now she couldn’t get him off of her mind. What kind of man was he? She wondered. Damn, too bad he’s a convicted criminal. Tara was also mad at him for being one of those black men that would’ve been a good catch had he not been such a fuck-up in society.
Why couldn’t he have just gone to college and become an attorney like he lied about being, and been a good man to some deserving woman, even if it wasn’t to her. Damn, just a waste of a man. She was going to do her little part to make him see that he made the wrong choices in life and how it affected the whole community. She was going to make him pay for his mistakes.
2 AM Visit
Trina was like a hound on Dorel’s trail, even though he gave her no reason to be in the six months under her supervision. She continued to pursue him in search of any violation no matter how small. He always turned up clean.
Buzz-bzzZ!
It was 2 am in the morning. Who the hell is ringing my bell at 2 am?
Dorel jumped out of his bed with nothing on but his boxers. His bare muscular chest was still pumped from his workout before bed.
“Who the fuck is it?”
“It’s parole. Open up!”
“No, this bitch didn’t...” he mumbled.
He checked the peep hole. Damn! It was that bitch Ms. Evans. He opened the door and looked around to see if she had anyone with her. There was no one but her.
“Ms. Evans, isn’t this a little late for a visit? I’ve been home for six months and I’ve never done anything to violate my parole, and you know I do have to work in the morning. Couldn’t you have picked a better time to visit? Besides isn’t it dangerous for you to be traveling out this time alone?”
“Pipin this is a routine visit. I visit my other clients at this time. What makes you so damn special that I can’t come to your house when I see fit? Just know that we are licensed to carry guns, and believe me I’m not afraid to use it. Let me ask you a question. Do you open the door for everyone in your boxers?”
“You came here at early morning and you lucky I didn’t answer the door buck naked with my dick swinging and all…”
“It’s my job to know that you are not out there breaking the law or violating your parole. I see that you are doing what you are supposed to, so I can leave now.”
“Before you go, can you say why you such a bitch?”
The question hung for a tension filled minute.
“You’ve been trying to bust me and put me back in prison for the last six months. I apologized for what happened on the first visit. I wasn’t trying to play you. You’re the one who assumed I was an attorney. I just played along to see if you would get a laugh out of it.”
“Did you call me a bitch, Pipin? I don’t play games with my clients.”
“You think you’re too good. Know what? You are a bitch you are nothing like you sister.”
“Excuse me what did you say?”
“Wanna know what I think? I think you liked me, and I think you’ve thought about it ever since and that’s what made you so obsessed with me. You wanted me all this time, and I think you want me now. That’s why you’re here.”
“You’ve lost your damn mind. I don’t want convicted criminals’ dirty hands on me. I don’t have to settle for no criminal when I can have a real man.”
“But you don’t. That’s your problem. You’re beautiful but very bitter, and no man wants that. You wish you had a man and because you don’t, you go around taking out all your frustration on your clients. Well you won’t be stalking me and harassing me much longer. My parole is up in six months. You have no reason to try and violate me, so you can go to hell you evil sick witch.”
“I can still recommend extension. I can say that you violated tonight. If I really wanted to I could lock your ass up right now.”
“What bitch?”
Dorel grabbed her neck and began choking her. As he choked the breath out of her he snapped out of his rage seeing Bird’s sweet kind face, instead of Tara’s. He loosened his grip and removed his hands from her neck. In a daze, Dorel didn’t notice Tara reaching for the gun in her holster and putting it to his forehead.
“Oh, now you’re going to shoot me?”
“Put your hands behind your head Pipin.”
“What?”
“You just tried to strangle me.”
“You were going to violate me for no reason. How could you do something like that? This my life dam it, that you’re playing with! And now you’re going to shoot me?”
Dorel put his hands behind his head. The minute she let her guard down Dorel knocked the gun out of her hand and wrestled her to the ground. They struggled and tussled on the floor. She proved to be stronger than he thought. Eventually Dorel pinned her to the floor. He sat on her to keep her from wiggling. She began to scream uncontrollably to wake his neighbors so he covered her mouth. He held his hands on her mouth for a few minutes.
“You know what I’m going to let your mouth go, and I’m going to give you what you really came here for. If you don’t want me then you’ll scream.”
Dorel slowly moved his hand from her mouth. He was right all this time, she wanted him. Dorel wondered if her and Bird had the same erogenous zones. He knew there was a place on Bird’s neck that would bring water to her eyes
every time he kissed her there. He bet money that Tara had the same spot. He used his tongue to circle that electrifying spot on Tara’s neck. And sure as money is green, Tara melted like chocolate on a hot summer’s day. She didn’t protest one bit or even flinch, but squirmed, inviting the pleasure he was giving her. He moved south and unbuttoned her pants. She accepted this with no resistance. He slid them off along with her silk hot pink thongs and noticed that she had a peach just a pretty as his Bird’s. He kissed it like his long love had just returned. He parted her sacred space and searched for the little man on the boat. He found her pearl sitting there ripe, and ready. Her right leg began to quiver as he began eating here entré like she was filet minion. Tara was speechless and elated with ecstasy, she remained totally helpless.
Dorel didn’t stop until she exploded, and all her love juice flowed in his mouth. Yes, they even tasted alike. Dorel smiled, lifting her legs and began licking her from front to back like he was giving her a Brazilian wax. He covered every spot from front to back and all that was in between. His long voracious tongue went deep inside her.
Tara hadn’t had any one in between her special place in three years since her last relationship. She was well overdue for an orgasm that would make her forget all others and Dorel was just the man for the job, and he did just that. He found spots on her body that no other man had bothered to explore and he brought them to complete ecstasy. He impressed her completely by making her feel orgasmic heights that she never knew existed. He licked her kitty until she purred, than he sank his super snake deep into kitty.
Falling for a Client
All day at work Tara couldn’t stop thinking about Dorel. Sitting at her desk typing her notes about her clients that she had seen that afternoon, thoughts of Dorrel sent tingling sensations down her spine, leaving moisture in her panties. She crossed her legs and kept typing. The phone rang.
“Parole, Ms. Evans speaking?”
A deep sexy voice came across the phone, “I’m waiting Ms. Evans, don’t be late. Just be ready for what I’m going to put on you.” The caller then hung up.
That annoying Dorel! She thought. It was already hard for Tara to concentrate now she couldn’t get any work done. Shutting down her computer, she decided to leave the office early. She was going to put in some work on that big, brown love machine, Dorel. Just as she was about to leave the phone rang again.
“Hello, Ms. Evans speaking.”
“Hello, Ms. Evans.”
“Listen, I’m not going to keep you waiting any longer, I’m on my way.”
“You’re not keeping me waiting for anything.”
“Who is this?”
“Oh, you don’t know me anymore. You know I was almost your brother in law.”
“Oh, Rodney, I’m sorry. I thought you were someone else. How have you been?”
“I’m not doing as well as can be expected right now. You know tomorrow is the two year anniversary of her disappearance. I still miss Trina. In fact, I’m calling to say goodbye. Tomorrow, I’m leaving and I’ll send for my things later. I’m moving I can’t stay in that house any longer. It brings back too many memories.”
Trina had forgotten the date trying to erase all the tragic echoing thoughts out of her mind.
“I still think about her everyday, too. They still haven’t found anything. Have you heard of anything, or is there anything you can remember about that day she disappeared that you hadn’t thought of?”
“No Tara, I’ve wrecked my brain everyday trying to relive that day. I keep thinking if only, I hadn’t gone to that security convention in California, I could’ve been there for her. I asked her to go with me, but she said she wasn’t feeling well and wanted to stay here in New York to get some rest and feel better. I wanted to stay here and take care of her, but she wouldn’t let me. She told me to go because I had already paid for the trip, but I shouldn’t have listened to her. I should’ve been here with her. I don’t know what happened.”
“Don’t blame yourself. It’s not your fault. I blame myself too. I should’ve been there for her. She kept calling me telling me that something was going on in her life, but I had my phone off because I was out in the field that day doing my home visits to my clients, by the time I got to call her back it was about midnight but she never answered her phone after that, and I never heard from my sister again. How do you think that makes me feel? I feel like I let her down. I could’ve saved her, if I had kept my phone. I live with that guilt everyday.”
“I still look at you like my sister, and you are the closest thing I have to Trina, so if you ever need anything just call.”
“Take care of yourself Rodney and please send me your new address and stay in touch.”
Tara hung up the phone and headed for the door. She arrived at Dorel’s house, but not with the same enthusiasm as she had before the phone call she had reminded her of her past. Dorel had on Jahiem’s cd, the aroma therapy candles burning, steak in the oven, his special butter and herb rice on the stove, and bread sticks and salad on the table. The lights dimmed and his tool was already hard. Tara walked inside and Dorel was uncorking a bottle. He kissed her on her cheek and took her coat.
“Wow, everything looks perfect.” She paused looking at him in awe. “Especially you,” she smiled.
“I want to have the perfect evening. Trust me this is only the beginning of what I have in store for tonight,” he said pouring her a glass.
She removed her feet from the four inch heels while lying back on the sofa. He massaged her tired feet and she melted back into the pillows. Her mind drifted to the conversation she had prior to arriving at Dorel’s. The more she thought about her missing or dead sister, she began to tense up. She didn’t want Dorel to see her cry. She ran into the bathroom. He was confused and knew something had to be wrong. Dorel knocked on the bathroom door.
“Tara, are you alright?”
In a teary voice she answered, “Everything is okay. I just need a few minutes alone.”
He stepped away from the door, and sat on the sofa pondering. After what seemed like an eternity, Dorel tried to convince her to open the door. She refused. Tara sounded really out of it.
“Tara, open the door now or I’m going to break it down.”
Dorel stood about two feet away from the door and with one kick the door flung open tearing it from its hinges. He found Tara sitting on the toilet with his straight edged razor that he used for shaving placed at her wrist.
“Tara, what the fuck are you doing?”
Dorel grabbed her hand with the razor in it, and squeezed it until she dropped the razor on the floor. He checked her wrist. There were no deep cuts but she had scratched the surface of her skin with the blade.
“Tara, what is going on why are you trying to kill yourself?”
Her eyes welled up with tears. He placed her head on his shoulder.
“I can’t tell you. Dorel, you wouldn’t understand.”
“Listen, you can trust me. Tara, I’m here for you.”
Tara began to cry uncontrollably, “It’s my fault that my sister is dead. I could’ve saved her.”
Dorel knew she was speaking about Trina. This was the perfect opportunity for him to get information from her.
“Baby, tell me what happened?”
“I’m a bad sister.”
“I’m sure what happened to your sister wasn’t your fault. Why do you think it’s your fault?”
“My sister and I looked exactly alike to the point our parents would’ve had a hard time telling us apart. My mother was Cuban and my father was black. When we were younger they would make Trina speak English and me Spanish in order to know the difference. Trina and I were always very close. She was always the sweet, soft spoken one, and I was always the feisty, outspoken one. I used to judge her all the time about the decisions she made in life, especially after our parents died. I felt like I had to protect her. When we were younger she used to always hook-up with the wrong guys. The bad ones, who were on the cor
ner and headed for jail. When she was sixteen she got pregnant by one of them, and had an abortion. I was the one who told her to have the abortion. She listened to everything I told her to do. I thought that she needed me to control her life. I actually felt like she couldn’t make smart decisions on her own. She finally met a good man, Rodney Sweany. He gave her the world. I told her to stick with him and marry him. He was the only man in her life that ever treated her right. They got engaged and everything was going well between them. One day she comes to me and tells me that she’s pregnant by another man. I couldn’t believe that she was messing up her life. I told her to have an abortion. She told me that she wasn’t getting rid of her baby that she wanted to keep it. I told her that she was stupid. She was throwing her life away. I told her that I didn’t want to speak to her anymore, because I was upset with her. The next day she was trying to call me but I wasn’t answering my phone. I turned my phone off because I knew she was calling me and I was still upset with her. Later on after work when I got home, I saw that she had called me over twenty times. I felt like she was just calling me to make me see things her way. Me being stubborn and wanting to remain in control I waited to call her the next day, and when I did she never answered. No one has ever heard from or seen my sister since. I never found out who the man she was having an affair with. In my mind he was the one who killed my sister, but who is he? I don’t know. Tomorrow makes two years since her disappearance.”
Dorel thought back to two years ago. The last time he spoke to Trina he held her in his arms and promised to protect her. He had failed. His child would’ve been born and they could’ve been living the perfect lives right now, if she was still alive. As Tara spoke about Trina with great guilt, he knew exactly how she felt because he felt his own burden of guilt, and a tear rolled down his cheek.
